A snowy Christmas week

I think the final tally was between 26-28 inches depending where we measured. It was the snowiest December on record. (Thanks a lot Axis, we needed the moisture.)
Our neighbors who have lived here 18 years have never seen snow this deep. I had to dig the neighbor 2 doors down(she moved here last year from Fort Lauderdale) out of her driveway and dig the neighbor across from us out of a snow bank. Luckily I kept my truck and was able to transport Cathy and Don back and forth from the bed and breakfast where they were staying. Because of all the digging I have done the past 2 days I do not think I am going to make it to the New Year awake. So Happy New Year to all.
