Misc. pictures

This is coming down out of the mountains between Santa Fe and overlooking Taos and the Mountains behind it. Is there any wonder the explorers said this looks like a good place to stop. I wouldn't want to go over those mountains. You have to remember that when you are in Taos you are already at 7000ft before you go up those mountains.

This is a picture of the Rio Grande between Santa Fe and Taos. Basically you go up and over a small mountain range from the Santa FE plateau to the Taos plateau.

This is Grant's Birthday dinner at Cowgirl's where they serve the best baked potatoes in Santa Fe. It is Vanilla ice cream coated in chocolate powder.
